ATTENDANCE POLICY!
Camp Agape has taken pride in our flexible childcare options. To ensure we have appropriate staffing and admissions paid for the correct number of campers, we have put deadlines on when changes can be made to your registered days. Our goal is stills to provide flexibility, but also consistency to our staff. The dates below are the last dates we will except changes to your registration. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Attendance Policy
If you wish to cancel one or more of the weeks for which you are registered, you must give us notice IN WRITING to the Executive Director BY THE FOLLOWING DATES.
To Change your registered days for the Month of May:
ALL CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY MAY 1st
To change your registered days for the Month of June:
ALL CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY MAY 19th
To change your registered days for the Month of July:
ALL CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY JUNE 19TH
To change your registered days for the Month of August:
ALL CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY JULY 19TH
Without proper notice, on the dates provided you WILL be charged the full amount for these weeks. If your child is absent on days they are signed up for, due to any reason, you must still pay the fee for those days- we are still paying your child’s counselor and any admission fees reserved for your child.
